Oniel David Fisher (born 1991) is a Jamaican professional footballer known for his versatility, as he typically plays both defense and midfield. He resides on the US East Coast with his family and holds a U.S. green card, qualifying him as a domestic player for MLS rosters.
Youth, College, and Amateur Career
Fisher spent his youth career with St. George's College in Jamaica before moving to the U.S. to play college soccer at Tyler Junior College. In his two seasons with the Apaches, he made 20 appearances, scoring six goals and providing three assists.
In 2013, Fisher transferred to the University of New Mexico and became Lobo Soccer's first-ever Jamaican student-athlete. Over two seasons with the Lobos, he made 29 appearances, scored four goals, and tallied three assists, helping lead the team to the College Cup semifinals. Fisher also played in the Premier Development League for Jersey Express and the National Premier Soccer League for New York Red Bulls U-23.
Professional Club Career
2015-2018: Seattle Sounders FC
Seattle Sounders FC selected Fisher in the second round (40th overall) of the 2015 MLS SuperDraft, and two months later, he signed a professional contract. He made his professional debut for the USL affiliate club, Seattle Sounders FC 2, on 21 March 2015 in a 4–2 victory over Sacramento Republic FC. Fisher made his MLS debut the following week.

International Career
Fisher made his international debut for Jamaica on 11 August 2010, when the team defeated Trinidad and Tobago 3–1. He also played for the under-20 national team in the 2011 CONCACAF U-20 Championship.

One goal on 13 October 2021, in a 2–0 victory against Honduras during the 2022 FIFA World Cup qualification.
